Feeling sad??

It’s okay to be sad or even feel scared, and it’s okay to cry! Your mum or dad might not be feeling very well, and it can be scary when someone you love is sick.

Talking about what is making you sad is a good start to changing how you feel.

Some good ways of letting your feelings out are:

  • Writing them down

  • Write a poem or a song

  • Draw or paint your feelings

  • Write a letter

Who can you talk to about your feelings? Make a list.

Remember, there is no reason to feel alone!

"When I first found out that mum had MS,I couldn't stop crying. I was just too sad and so was everyone. I still cry sometimes."
