Never getting angry is impossible.

 

Remember that how you act when you’re angry can make the situation better or worse.

 

Don't let anger take control of you, take control of it!

Here are some ideas of what you can do when you feel angry:

  • Talk to a friend

  • Take a deep breath and count to 10

  • Get, or give a hug

  • Stamp your feet

  • Play sport or do exercise

  • Draw a picture of your anger

  • Listen to music 

  • Use a stress ball
